Typhoons, earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions occur on a regular basis here — no where is perfect. However, with just some commonsense prepping ethos can be the difference between life and death in an emergency.

Don’t buy land and build a house on a flood plan or close to the ocean. Well, you can, but you have to assume that at some point, you will be flooded.
